Canada shipping rates:     Based on cost of product.

All Prices below are estimates – some costs may be higher depending on the distance shipped.

Three to Four packets of buttons = $2 (depending on size of the buttons large buttons may need padding and may therefore require more postage)

Orders up to $49.99 = $10

$50.00 – $99.99 = $12

$100 – 149.99 = $14

$150 – $299 = $16

$300 – $449 = $18

$450 – $649 = $20

$650 – 1099 = $22

$1100 – $1499 = $24

Above $1500 = flat rate $26

United States shipping rates:

Orders up to $100 = $21

$100+ = custom quote will be provided

For our local customers, there’s an option for in-store pick-up and no shipping charges will apply. During check-out, just select the option to pick up your order at our shop and we’ll shoot you a note when it’s ready.

How long will it take to get my order?

Within Canada:

We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Letter mail. Assuming everything is in stock, your order will ship out within 1-2 business days. You should receive your order in approximately 1-7 business days from when it’s shipped. If you need something sooner, please let us know and we can provide an estimate for express shipping.

To the United States:

We ship to the US frequently via Canada Post (which is the Canadian equivalent to the US Postal Service.) In stock orders ship out within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, your order should arrive in approximately 4-10 business days. Any customs or duty charges are paid by the recipient. Although very unlikely, parcels can be held up in customs and take longer than expected to arrive. Most orders to the USA are shipped via Air Mail Small Packet USA which does not include a tracking number. If you’d like us to ship your special things with tracking and faster shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.

On our website (, you may decide to create an account using your name, address, phone number and email. This information will allow you to shop online and access your account information to facilitate a quick checkout. Hello Beautiful may share your information with an outside shipping company such as Canada Post to send your purchases.

Wholesale Customers:  We will publish your store information on our website ( such as your store location, web info, phone number etc. This is free advertising for you and lets potential customers know where they can purchase “Hello Beautiful” products. It is your customer’s benefit to buy direct from you as they will not have to pay shipping costs.

Hello Beautiful uses Canada Post (mostly) for shipping. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at check out and will be added to your total invoice. All of our products will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless there is a lead time noted for a special order item. We will notify you by phone or email to provide you with an estimated time of delivery.


We do our very best to keep our stock availability current. We apologize if your purchase is out of stock and will contact you should this error occur. At that point, you have the option to wait for a new shipment or cancel your pending order.

Hello Beautiful may contain errors in descriptions of products, dimensions and/or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice, including changes to your current or standing order.


We want you and your customers to love your Hello Beautiful products, but in the event that something doesn’t work out, you may send back the parcel (postage paid) within 10 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be in their new, original, un-used, condition.

Please send us an email or give us a call to receive an RA# (return authorization) as we cannot process returns/exchanges without it.

All sale items, custom & special orders are final sale.

For our USA & International Customers: Please be advised that any customs or brokerage fees incurred upon return back to us will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If you have any questions about how to fill out the paperwork for international shipping, we’re happy to help.
